We are back for one night only, this time at Etta in Brunswick East!
Hayden, Dominique and Hannah have invited us to do a dinner in their space, and in keeping with their ethos, we’ll be focusing on ingredients from the earth (vegetables) and sea. It’ll be a five course set menu, with lots of rich, autumn-y flavours. A refreshing raw seafood otsumami with snacks to start, followed by a warming broth, binchotan grilled fish, roasted celeriac and dessert.
