We are back for one night only, this time at Etta in Brunswick East!

Hayden, Dominique and Hannah have invited us to do a dinner in their space, and in keeping with their ethos, we’ll be focusing on ingredients from the earth (vegetables) and sea. It’ll be a five course set menu, with lots of rich, autumn-y flavours. A refreshing raw seafood otsumami with snacks to start, followed by a warming broth, binchotan grilled fish, roasted celeriac and dessert.

Cost: $75 (+ $45 for an optional wine pairing)

Note: Parking is a little tricky in the area so we recommend parking on Barkly Street, Luscombe Street or St. Phillip Street (a few minutes walk away). Or come via Uber!

Chef's Table @ The Essential Ingredient

We are excited to be invited by The Essential Ingredient in Prahran to host a Chef's Table cooking demonstration and dinner! The theme we've chosen is 洋食 [yōshoku], Japan's take on Western cuisine, and we'll be cooking recipes from Tokyo Local including crab croquettes, mentaiko pasta, miso-roast beef and matcha friands. 

Tickets are $135 which includes sparkling on arrival, the cooking demonstration, dinner, wine and a copy of Tokyo Local to take home. Book via The Essential Ingredient here
